(http://faculty.gordon.edu/hu/bi/ted_hildebrandt/) He’s got a massive textbook/workbook (500+ pages) and a series of animated videos to go with it, both of which are quite helpful. (The links for both are near the bottom of the above page). Admittedly the videos are a little cheesy, but surprisingly the cheesiness makes things memorable.
